Some vendors will allow readers to download audio content and burn it to a set of CDs, but many vendors will not allow patrons or libraries to to do this, so it is almost a decision made on a publisher by publisher basis.
If a vendor does allow CD burning, get ready to burn a lot of CDs. One novel may result in 10 or 12 CDs.
