MARC records

In order for your patrons to find your digital audio books, it is important that records for them be integrated into your online catalog.  This may alert people who are not aware of your new service that the book is available in digital downloadable format.  You should ask vendors the following questions regarding MARC records. Do they offer MARC records for books purchased as part of the package? Do they offer integration into your integrated library system? Do you want integration into your integrated library system? Do you want MARC records? Believe it or not, some vendors do not offer MARC records yet.
